During the Commission meeting on the proposed 10 CFR 35, Mr.

l DelMedico and Mrs. Vacca were requested to submit their proposals to l modify the rule so that pre-review of physician qualifications and I operating procedures would be required. Please provide an analysis of the significance and impact of the suggested changes in light of the requirements presently in the proposed rule.

In comenting on'10 CFR 35, Mr. De1 Medico and Mrs. Vacca also included some additional requirements which they believe should be incorporated in the rule. Please analyze the significance and impact of these additional requirements in relation to those already in the proposed rule. .
