notice of proposed rulemaking on the following:
1.
The adequacy of the proposed regulations regarding the NRC requirements applicable to the licensee, the attending physician and the adminis-trator in the event of a misadministration of a radionuclide or radiation for either diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
2.
Are the regulations adequate to assure that a patient who is the subject of such a misadministration is promptly informed?
3.
Do the regulations clearly inform the public of the limitations on NRC's role regarding a patient who is the subject of such a misadministration?
