This refers to your October 10, 1985, letter.regarding construction and operation of an incinerator.
We have determined that construction of the incinerator will not significantly affect the quality of the human environment; and thus, you will not be required to submit supplemental information to cover construction of the incinerator.
Prior to the introduction of special nuclear materials to the incinerator facility, an amendment to Materials License No. SNM.1227 will be required.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report.
