The staff has developed a short briefing to explain the proposed revision.

The briefing handout is attached.

All of your comments on the draft have been addressed. It has also been revised to reflect concurrence from the Office of State Programs and Region III. Please note that all NRC offices are now in concurrence with the proposed Revision of Part 35.
