ELECTRICAL TERMINATION - CRIMPING TOOLS
Dear Dr. Grace:
This letter is to inform you that my letter MQAH 86-11 dated January 11, 1986, pertaining to incorrectly functioning elect-ical crimping tools, was incorrectly titled. It should have read as shown above.
The letter confirmed the January 14, 1986 telephone con /ersation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi (CP&L) and Mr. L. Mellen.
Mr. Mellen was informed that the December 20, 1985 potentially reportable item, pertaining to two incorrectly functioning electrical crimping tools used for safety related cable terminations, has been evaluated and is considered not to be reportr';1e per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
