This is to confirm the January 17, 1986 telephone conversation between Mr. N. J. Chiangi (CP&L) and Mr. V. Brownlee.
Mr. Brownlee was informed that the December 20, 1985 potentially reportable item, pertaining to the use of Raychem heat shrinkable tubing in applications exceeding manufacturer's recommendations, has been evaluated and is considered not to be reportable per the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
