Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Enclosed is a copy of a " Notice of Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact" for your information. This notice relates to your application dated April 3, 1985, as supplemented by letters dated July 12 and October 9,1985, for exemptions from the requirements of Appendix R to 10 CFR Part 50 for the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The April 3, 1985, application superseded your previous application of December 16, 1983, and its supplements dated February 13 and May 3, 1984.
This notice has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register fors.
