SUBJECT:
FORT ST. VRAIN (FSV): ALLEGED FALSIFICATION OF RADIATION SURVEY RECORDS (CASE NO. 4-94-010)
This refers to your request of August 30, 1995, for the addresses and residential telephone numbers of two individuals interviewed during the conduct of subject investigation. It is my understanding that this information is needed by the staff to hold ~a pre-decisional enforcement conference with these individuals and to determine if enforcement action should be taken against these individuals, and not as a continuation of the investigation.
In addition, O! is submitting copies of the reports of interview of the two individuals obtained during the conduct of the OI investigation. We request that you ensure that appropriate measures are enacted to safeguard the dissemination of this information and related information.
