SRM on SECY-96-189 -Reply -Reply -Reply ken, Victor and I talked to Maria and she is going to talk over our proposed fix with Comm. Diaz. If they buy off though, I think it would make sense to go back to footnotes 4 and 5 to separate the enforcement from the inspection aspects of that sentence in the footnotes.
