SRM on SECY-96-189 -Reply Some of the changes are not what we looked at last night. On page 5, it appears that too much has been crossed out of the first paragraph under the heading " Action". The phrase that should be lined out begins with "...to modify, suspend.. " and ends with the phrase "...or whether". Then footnote 4 is after " inspection activities" and footnote 5 would be after "or enforcement action." Then there would be two footnotes at the bottom. Footnote 4 would be the first sentence, and footnote 5 would be the remainder of the footnote.
i On page 6, the comma at the end ofline 5 of the first full paragraph should be after the
"(SSCs)" on the next line.
