SRM on SECY-96-189 -Reply Please review the changes to the SRM on SECY-96-189 (50.54(f) letters) in the attached file (96-189.SRM). The changes are allin the attachments to the SRM and were suggested, for the most part, by the staff. The deletion just prior to footnote 4 was provided by the Diaz office.
Please let me know by Noon tomorrow (10/2) if there are any objections to the proposed changes. Otherwise, we are planning to issue the SRM at that time.

- Ken, Our office has a modification to the first sentence in page 5 under the Action section.

that the plant UFSAR(s) properly describe the facilities, as well as to determine if other inspection activities or enforcement action should be taken.
