PROPOSED RULE: 100 PERCENT FEE REC 0VERY -- FY 1997 On February 27, 1997, the NRC published a 3roposed rule to amend the fee schedules in 10 CFR Parts 170 and 171 of t1e Commission's regulations. Copies of the proposed rule have been sent to all NRC licensees as well as branch chiefs and above at headcuarters and the regional offices. We are sending, under separate cover, adcitional co)ies of the proposed rule for your information and use. Any overage s1ould be recycled by the regional office.
