TI 126 In yesterday's meeting (Monday 2/6) we completed our review of the second half of the Region III plants.
After the meeting, I placed on each of your chairs copies of the latest data showing the status of plant submittals and the evaluation matrix reflecting our completed reviews. Please check the evaluation matrix and confirm that it accurately reflects your impression of our evaluations. Note that I've received the first 4 submittals from Region IV and am expecting more today. I am also expecting the remaining Region II submittals today.
In today's meeting (1:30, 6-B-13) we will review the first ten (10) submittals from Region II.
I've tentatively scheduled 15 submittal reviews on this Wednesday,10-15 reviews on Thursday, and the remainder on Monday. Keep thinking about issues or comments that you feel should be in the summary report. I'd like to provide the team a rough draft report (based on my interpretation of our meeting discussions) by COB Thursday for review and discussion at the Monday 1
meeting.
Please attack that draft with your ideas and comments.
