MEETING NOTICE - TI~2515/126 Tim Collim,NRR Chris Grimes, NR Robt. Jones, NRR George Thomas Nj I've spoken with most of you this morning re the compressed schedule. for the j
review of the TI submittals and preparation of a summary report by the NRR TI 2515/126 Review Committee. I just found out about a February 22 completion date l
for this project this morning. We need to put our heads and efforts together and l
try our best to meet this ambituous committrent.
Please see the attached file which summarizes the Committee schedule and some important questions to consider j
l when reviewing the submittals.
I've scheduled a kickoff meeting this afternoon (2:00-3:00 in 0-6-B-13) to discuss the significant task we have to complete in a relatively short period of time.
I'll distribute the Region III submittals at-that time to the review committee.
Please bring your problems and concerns, but more importantly your ideas, concerning how we should attack this to best meet our goal of a reasonably i
thorough review and a solid summary report to Mr. Russell within the next two weeks. Thanks.

s NOTE T0: The NRR TI 2515/126 Review Committee TI 2515/126 submittals are starting to come in from the regions, typically as a section (1-2 pages, up to 4) from the monthly resident inspector's report.
I'd like to schedule a kickoff meeting for the review committee sometime next week to introduce the committee, discuss the TI and review plan, and hand out the first set of submittals.
The NRR TI 2515/126 review committee will consist of:

The attached file is the memorandum dated December 15, 1994 which describes the anticipated responsibilities of the review committee. Also attached is a copy of TI 2515/126.
