AMENDMENT NO. 78 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. DPR-54, CALIBRATION OF NUCLEAR INSTRUMENTATION The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 78 to Facility Operating iicense No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This '
amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated June 6,1983, as supplemented by your letters of June 29,1983; April 3, July 11 and November 28, 1984; and February 8 and April 3, 1985.
The amendment revises the Technical Specifications defining the requirements for calibration of power range neutron instrumentation.
A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be I included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Register notice.
