AMENDMENT NO. 78 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. DPR-54, CALIBRATION OF NUCLEAR INSTRUMENTATION The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 78 to Facility Operating iicense No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated June 6,1983, as supplemented by your letters of June 29,1983; April 3, July 11 and November 28, 1984; and February 8 and April 3, 1985.
The amendment revises the Technical Specifications defining the requirements for calibration of power range neutron instrumentation.
I A copy of our Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Register notice.
