Rev1;e, as shown, The " Calibration" section of the " Bases" for Technical Specifications Part 4.1, Operational Safety Review.

This section was not revised when our Proposed Amendment No. 94 was submitted.

This Supplement revises the " Bases" in accord-ance with that proposed amendment.

Since this is a Supplement To Proposed Amendment No. 94, no additional license fees are required.

Per 10CFR 50.59, Forty (40) copies of this Supplement are enclosed.
