Catawba Nuclear Station Dockets 50-413 and 50-414 Classification Scheme of Emergency Action Levels TAC M96519 And M96520 By letter dated January 14, 1997, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff requested additional information c o n c e r n i n g.- t h e August 29,
- 1996, Catawba Nuclear Station NUMARC/NESP-007 submittal.
'The staff requested that the additional information be provided within 45 days from the date of the letter, which would be February 28, 1997.
Based on a February 25, 1997, telephone discussion between Mr. William Maier of the NRC and the Emergency Planning staffs at the Catawba and McGuire Nuclear
- Stations, additional time is required. to provide this information.
Therefore, the requested information will be provided by Duke Power Company to the NRC by April 1, 1997.
