Dear Mr. Engel:
This refers to Certificate of Compliance No. 5874 for Model No. WAPD40 that has an expiration date of July 31,1997, To ensure continued use of the packaging, you should submit an application for renewal of the l certificate at least 30 days prior to the expiration date. The sections on operating procedures, acceptance tests, and maintenance programs should be. reviewed to assure they are complete and current. If revisions are necessary, the revised sections should be submitted with the application for renewal, 4 This notice of expiration should not be construed that such notic'e will be provided in the future.
