The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 180 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No.1. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications'(TS) in response to your n

application dated November 16, 1995, as supplemented by letter dated August 8, l

i-1996.

i The amendment revises the TSs to add a Limiting Condition for Operation and.

surveillance test for safety related inverters and deletes nonsafety related j

instrument buses.
