it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation.
l We note that your response to the violation involving a contractor failing
to follow your procedures for radiation protection does not address your j
respons%ilities for ensuring contractor compliance with radiation protection
requirements. This aspect will be included in our review of your corrective j
actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been

achieved and will be maintained.
