We have completed our review of your documents titled:
"Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant Unit No.1-Docket No. 50-400 Special Nuclear Material License Application" dated April 12,1984 and July 8,1985.
Based on our evaluation, we have determined that your plan meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67 for fixed site and in-transit protection of special nuclear material of low strategic significance.
Accordingly, your Plan as identified above is api roved and must be fully i
implemented, including changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 70.32(e), by the date of fuel receipt.
We have detemined that the enclosures to your letters of April 12, 1984 and July 8,1985 contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d).
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such infomation is deemed to be comercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
