g discharge of liquid effluents and shall inform the Regional Administrator, Region y

p II, on a semiannual basis if the State-permitting agency supersedes, conditions, g

g modifies, or otherwise nullifies the effectiveness of the State-issued NPDES g

y permit for the discharge of liquid effluents.

At not more than 2-year intervals from September 30, 1990, the licensee shall g

update the demonstration sections of the renewal application to reflect the y

minimum, include inforination for the health and safety section of the application y

as required by 10 CFR 70.22(a) through 70.22(f) and 70.22(1) and operational data y

or environ.m9ntal releases as required by 70.21.
