C. M. Tramell We are having difficulty getting the Trojan Sp'irit Lake blockage issue reviewed by DE. Jim has talked with R. Ballard a'id Gus has talked to Mr. Johnson. Mr. Johnson indicated that he will again attempt to obtain clearance to do the review. He is to inform us of DE's decision within a couple of days. As we understand it, the decision to not review this issue was made by Mr. Vollmer; therefore, we request your assistance in bringing this issue to resolution.

NBC News has requested a copy of the USGS Spirit Lake breakout report.
