Based upon our review of the information provided by the applicant, it is hereby detemined that the applicant is qualified by reason of training and experience to conduct the above activities and further that the applicant's procedures, facilities and equipment are adequate to protect beelth and minimize danger to life and property. All other applicable statements of the referenced memorandum are incorporated herein by reference.
It is therefore determined that the application meets the aquire-i ments of the Act and the regulations of the Cmanission, and that BRM-33 may be amended as aquested by Hallinekrodt.
