ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO FINAL REPORT - ITEM 207 ISSUED JUNE 11, 1985 I

JULY 19, 1985 I

l Under Corrective Action, paragraph should be changed to read as l

follows:

j The subject #10 AWC conductor was replaced with a #2 AWG conductor per FCR-E-4052.

A review has also been conducted by Ebasco using the latest issue of the power distribution and motor data sheets (drawing 2166-B-041) to assure safety related cable sizes are suitable for the breaker rating.

Administrative action has been taken to ensure closer monitoring and control of cable j

size design in HPES electrical.

In addition, a design i

guideline has now been issued which requires that cable l

size be verified based on the feeder breaker rating, l

connected load and circuit length, before cable routes and sizes can be released by HPES.
