Dear Mr. Johnson:

..e Re: Special Nuclear Material License SNM-33 We wish to request an allocation of 100 kilograms of 93% enriched Uranium for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year. As we expect to need to order against this shortly, we shall appreciate anything you can do to expedite the allocation.

The material will be used at our Hematite, Missouri, facility to provide uranium metal, uranium dioxide and other uranium compounds for miscellaneous orders we expect to receive, and will be shipped only to properly licensed organizations.

The uranium hexafluoride will be withdrawn only as needed to fill orders and maintain a supply at our Hematite j

plant.
