Mr. C. P. McCallum called yesterday concerning our application dated 31 October 1958 with specific reference to the restrictive language on our drawings which says "This drawing is not to be reproduced, copied, or used for any purpose except as specified by the Mallinckrodt Chemical Works".

This letter is your authorization to disregard this restriction for Drawings Nos. 3369-2 and 3369-3 so that you can make these drawings available for unlimited public inspection.
