By application dated December 10,1958, January 22 & 30 and February 2 & 9, 1959, the applicant has requested that their license SM1-33 be amended to authorize an increase in the scope of the pelleting activities and additional shipping procedures.
Based on our review of the infomation furnished by the applicant, it is hereby determined that the applicant is qualified, by training and experience, to use special nuclear material for the purpose requested and that the appHoant's procedures, facilities and equip-ment are adequate to protect health and minimine danger to life and property. It istherefore determined that Sl&33 may be anended to authorize the requested additional activities.
