SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-369/85-09 AND 50-370/85-10
This refers to your response dated May 23, 1985, to our Notice of Violation
issued on April 23, 1985, concerning activities at your McGuire facility conducted
under NRC Operating License Nos. NPF-9 and NPF-17.
Pursuant to telephone discussions with Duke management concerning this violation,
we understand that a supplemental response will be provided by Duke during the
week of July 15, 1985.
We will evaluate your corrective actions after receiving the supplemental
response.
