This refers to the region based and routine resident safety inspection by
Messrs. W. Baunack, S. Reynolds, W. Bateman, and J. Wechselberger from July 1-
August 18, 1985, at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The
inspection consisted of document reviews, interviews, and observations of
activities as documented in the enclosed inspection report. The findings were
discussed with you and members of your staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.
Apparent violations of NRC requirements are cited in Appendix A and
categorized under the NRC Enforcement Policy 10 CFR 2 Appendix C (49 FR 8583,
March 8, 1984). A reply is required and should be prepared in accordance with
Appendix A.
