This is to inform the Joint Committee that the Nuclear Argulatory Commission has received an application from Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and has forwarded for pubit-cation in the Federal _ Reg _ister the enclosed Notice of Application for and Nuclear Regulatory"Ciiiiiinission Consideration of Issuance of a Facility Export License.
The application requests a license for the export of a prwssurized water reactor with a thermal power level of 1.876 megawatts to National Power Corporation Manila, Philippines.
