The purpose for this revision is to provide the correct model number for Valve CllF009 in lieu of that originally reported in Reference (4). General Electric informed MP&L on September 13, 1985, that per their documentation the model number for the CllF009 dual solenoid valve is Model HT8323A22V rather than HTX8323A20V. MP&L subsequently confirmed the above and advised Mr. Eric Weiss of the Events Analysis Branch (EAB) on September 17, 1985, and Mr. Vince Panciera of NRC Region II on September 18, 1985 of the error.
