By letter dated December 13, 1995, you applied for an amendment to the ' Wolf' Creek Generating Station Facility Operating License No. NPF-42. The proposed.
change would have modified the facility technical specifications pertaining.to the temperature requirement for the performance of the control rod drop. test '
