. Mod. #2 to Contract 10-79-387 STATEMENT OF WORK
' Amend Contract No. 10-79-387 (Mod. #1) under Section J, Subsection J.1, to exercise the provision to provide additional career counseling sessions for approximately 25 additional employees. The number of sessions required will be 100, if 25 employees are counseled, at a cost 1r4.rA of $45Bdi8 per employee for a total of $h96h50. The total number 3 74 o F 0 of sessions to be held within this contract period is not to exceed 500 sessions.
Also request that the contract be modified to permit the contractor to provide the necessary space for such counseling sessions for the remaining period of this contract. Due to the rapid expansion of the NRC ' staff in the Bethesda area, all available space has been occupied and has forced the removal of the career counselors from the space that had been allotted to them for counseling of NRC employees.
Management Development and Training Staff (MDTS) attempted to find other space through the Facilities Operations Support Division, but there was none available. In order to complete the contract and to provide services to NRC employees, it is necessary to obtain space from the contractor for this purpose. This space will be located in the Old Georgetown Building, 4948 St. Elmo Avenue, Bethesda, Maryland. The cost will not exceed $1,000.00.
Total amount involved in these modification is $4,964.50.
