This authority may be redelegated, provided that such redelegation is -

made in writing and with my prior written approval indicated. A copy of such redelegation shall be made part of the contract / order.

In regard to the contract /orcer, the representative is not authorized ,

to: (1) place orders for work in excess of the monetary amount specified-

.therein; (2) make any changes in or modifications to, nor waive any of its requirements; (3) terminate, settle any claim or dispu'.e thereunder, or issue any unilateral directive whatever; nor to (4) make any ' decision, which may, in effect, result in any of the foregoing.
