Attached is one copy of BEMWI's cost proposal for the above-described services. You are requested to evaluate the proposal as to the reason-ableness and acceptability of the categories, hours proposed, and other cost elements, and furnish your comments to the Division of Contracts.
In light of the fact that performance of regional liaison services proviDed under the subject contract will expire on January 31,1983, it is requested that your completed evaluation be received in the Division of Contracts not later than January 26, 1983.
