NRC 10-82-358 In checking the invoices sent by the above contractor it was found that the contractor has not prepared them in accordance with the terms of the contract. There are no provisions in Modification No. 5 for quarterly payment for liaison to regions, nor is there a provision for payment for handbooks as a separate item. Article' I, 6A calls for 1 lot one time payment of $12,143.69 which includes the manuals. I called BEMW to ap-prise them of this and agreed to modify the contract to approve quarterly payments. Carolyn Hilliard, Accounting, paid $2,500 on invoice dated April 30, for liaison to regions through April, but did not pay the in-voice for the manuals. The quarterly payments will amount to $3,035.92.
Therefore there-is still $535.92 due on the quarterly payment through April 30.
