By letter dated August 25, 1983 (copy enclosed) NRC provided notification I
of its intent to revise the method of payment under its contracts to l
accoranodate payments by wire transfer through the Treasury Financial L
Conmunications System (TFCS) and requested that each contractor complete 9
and return the form supplied, entitled " Payment Infomation Fom; Treasury b
Financial Coranunications System." As some responses received to date

have been inaccurate and/or incomplete, we are again requesting all our g
contractors to complete and return the enclosed form whether or not a 4
response was previously submitted to NRC. To assure the accuracy of the information and preclude any delays in processing your vouchers for payment, i
the fom must be typed and the appropriate financial institution must verify the infomation being submitted by signing in the appropriate space on

the fom. All NRC contractors must respond to this request by furnishing the required form to HRC by January 12, 1984. Please be advised that 1

Pursuant to Treasury Fiscal Requirements Bulletin No. 83-14, dated February 10, 1983, the above numbered contract is modified as set forth telow:

All references to method of payment under this contract are hereby deleted. The following~ clause is hereby adaed to the General Prosisions of this contract and is numbered therein as set forth below:
