Under the terms of the contract, the Contractor wassto provide career counseling.

As the Contracting Officer's Authorized Representative (C0AR) for subject contract, please provide this office with written notification of the performance and acceptability of the services required under the contract. The C0AR written notification is required in order for the Division of Contracts to initiate contract closecut actions.

In the event the contract end product (s) is/are deficient, please list such deficiencies, in a separate memorandum.
