In accordance with your application dated June 26, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 40, Conditions 70 and 8D of Materials License No. SNM-1928 is hereby amended to increase the authorized possession limit of depleted uranium. Accordingly, Conditions 7D and 8D shall read as follows:
Condition 7D. Neutron detector storage casks Condition 80. 190 kg depleted uranium All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report in support of this amendment.
