This modification results in the following changes to the contract:

The Contractor shall furnish Quantity Unit Unit Price Amount office space as required for the counseling sessions begin-12 mo.

Under SECTION H, Subsection H.1 is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"H.1 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE ~
The period of performance under this contract shall begin September 17, 1979 and end ' September 16, 1981.

Under SECTION K - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA, ADD the following provision:
"K.3 CONTRACT CEILING
'K.3;l It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full per-
~
formance of this contract will be $42,651.34 K.3.2 Total funds currently available for papent and allotted to this contract (obligational ceiling) are $21,146.50.
K.3.3 It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover per-
~
formance through September 30, 1980.
Upon the availability of FY 81 funds, the obligational ceiling specified above will be in-creased via a unilateral modification to this contract. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the contractor hereunder shall equal the ceiling amount, the contractor shall be excused.from further-performance of the work (except to meet existing commitments and liabilities) unless and until the Contracting Officer shall in-crease the ceiling amount of this contract.
If and.to the extent that such ceiling has been increased, any costs incurred by the Contractor in excess of the. ceiling prior to its increase shall -be allowable to the same extent as if such costs.had been incurred after such increase in the ceiling.
- 4., All other terms and conditions in the contract remain the same.

The purpose of this Supplemental Agreement is to provide contractor assistance in the selection of career counselors in the five NRC regional offices.
Therefore, in accordance l with Article'I, paragraph 3, of the contract, the parties mutually agree to the following:
A.
Binder, Elster, Mendelson and Wheeler, Inc. (BEMWI), cost proposals for " Interviewing l
and Selection of Regional Counselors in Consultation with Regional Personnel Departments" l
dated January 12, 1982 and " Estimated Expenses of Travel to 5 NRC Regions for Career Counseling Contract," dated January 28, 1982, are hereby accepted and incorporated into the contract.

Pursuant to paragraph 3.4 of Article I, the contractor shall be reimbursed for assistance L
