EVALUATION OF BINDER, ELSTER, MENDELSON

& WHEELER, INC. PROPOSAL DATED JUNE 19, 1981 I have reviewed the BEMW proposal in response to NRC's request for quotation dated May 28, 1981 and evaluate the proposal as completely acceptable in all respects. I understand that the total cost of the proposal will be $8,677.67 (within the $9,000 estimate provided in the RFPA). I request, however, that mincr modifications to Task F 3.2 be made. On page 2 of the proposal under the job description: Change wherever appearing "BEMW Career Planning Program" to the "NRC Career Planning Program." In the third element of the job description, second line, change to read "... with the standards and philosophy of the NRC 1 Program as developed by BEMW."

In view of the delay in obtaining cost clarification, I request )

expedited action in executing this contract modif' ation.
