My letter of February 18, 1983 requested you to submit the reports required by the clauses of the contract General Provisions related -
to Notice and Assistance Regarding Patent and Copyriaht Infringement, Clause No.13. and Reporting Royalties, Clause No. 38. To date we have not received these reports which are required before we can officially close out this contract. If negative reports are appro-priate, a written statement to that effect is required.
