.. w.a i2 i2 oE5CihPTION Of AMENoME NTiMODtFIC ATON The purpose of this modification is to change the place of performance under the contract in accordance with the " changes" clause and to increase the amount obligated by the Government. This modification results in the following changes to the contract:
1.
Under SECTION E ADD the following item:
."3.
The Contractor shall furnish Ouantity Unit Unit Price Amount office space as required for the counseling sessions be-44 mo.

$900 ginning June 2, 1980 and

ending September 16,1980, at a fixed rate of $200 per month."
2.
The total amount obligated under this contract is increased by 5900.00 from
$16,182.00 to $17,082.00.
3.
Your attention is directed to Clause No. 2 to the General Provisions of the Contract entitled " Changes".
Please note that any claim by the Contractor for ad-justment under this clause must be asserted within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the modification of change.
