12. OtiCelPTION OF AutNDetNT/ MODIFICATION This Supplemental Agreement is issued to provide for the development of alternative methods of providing career counseling for NRC employees at the five (5) regional offices.

Under Section E - SUPPLIES / SERVICES AND PRICES, Add item 3 as follows:

"3.

The Contractor shall provide the NRC with alternative methods of providing caredr counseling for NRC employees at the five (5) regional offices and projected costs for these alternatives.

Cost estimates should cover the range of 5-25 employees per region.

Total cost for the effort.......... $500.00 2.

Under Section H, Subsection H.3 TIME OF DELIVERY, Add H.3.3 as follows:
