12. OtiCelPTION OF AutNDetNT/ MODIFICATION This Supplemental Agreement is issued to provide for the development of alternative methods of providing career counseling for NRC employees at the five (5) regional offices. =

1. Under Section E - SUPPLIES / SERVICES AND PRICES, Add item 3 as follows:

"3. The Contractor shall provide the NRC with alternative methods of providing caredr counseling for NRC employees _

at the five (5) regional offices and projected costs for these alternatives. Cost estimates should cover the -

range of 5-25 employees per region. .

Total cost for the effort . . . . . . . . . . $500.00

2. Under Section H, Subsection H.3 TIME OF DELIVERY, Add H.3.3 as follows:
