.2 Of 5CetPTION OF AMINDMENT/ MODIFICATION This modification is written to allow for quarterly payments for Regional Liaison Service. Therefore:

Article VI, Payment - is revised as follows:

Add the following subparagraph E.2 Payment for liaison services described in Article I, 6A, shall be made on a fixed price basis in quarterly increments of $3,035.92. Such payment shall be made upon delivery and acceptance by the C0AR of the quarterly report required in Article IV.
