The purpose of this letter is to provide a further opportunity for you to comment on our draft report, so as to assure that the final report accurately describes the Sizewell design and philosophy.

The draft report enclosed includes those corrections we were able to identify during our meetinus with Kil and CEGS in December, and also takes account of later CEGB comments provided in early February 1983 Ve intend to complete the final report by about March 11, 1983 and would appreciate any further comments before that time.

I will provide you with a copy of the final report when it is complete.
