Subjects llRC .SI:cwell Evaluation Report The purpose of this letter is to provide a further opportunity for you to corxacnt on our draf t report, so as to assure that the final report accurately describes the SI:ewell design and philosophy.

The draft report enclosed includes those corrections we were able to identify during our meetings with Illi and CEGD in December, and also takes account of later CEGB comants provided in early February 1983. We intend to complete the final report by about March 11, 1933 and vauld appreciate any further comments before that time. I wilt provide you with a copy of the final report when it is complete. .
