MONTH: November,1996 Catawba Unit I began the month of November operating at approximately 57% full power due to "I A" main transformer maintenance. The unit returned to 100% full power on 11/01/96 at 1445, and operated at or near 100% full power the remainder of the month.

SUMMARY

i MONTH: November,1996 i

Catawba Unit 2 began the month of November operating at 100% full power. The unit operated at or near l

100% fullpower until 11/14/96 at 1000, when the unit began decreasing power due to "2A" main power -

switchyard connector repair. The unit held at 47% power from 11/14/96 at 1520 to 11/15/96 at 0300 due to j

"2A" main power switchyard connector repair. The unit returned to 100% full power on 11/15/96 at 1453, and operated at or near 100% full power the remainder of the month.
