Inspection Report No. 50-219/85-05
This letter refers to a routine safety inspection of emergency preparedness
activities conducted by Mr. Ira Cohen of this office on February 4-8, 1985 at
your Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station and to discussions of our findings
held by Mr. Cohen with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspec-
tion.
This also refers to a meeting held with members of your staff at our
office on February 19, 1985, regarding the status of appraisal findings.
Areas examined during this inspection included followup of open items identi-
fied during previous inspections, and the status of emergency response facili-
ties, training and audits. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews
with personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
Within'the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified. No reply
to this letter is required.
